🚫 Don't like veggies-- try fruit!

Did you know according to the CDC only 1 in 10 people get enough Veggies?

The problem is veggies get a bad rap because a lot of people don’t enjoy how they taste. Then we miss out on all the awesome vitamins and minerals you get from consuming veggies on a regular basis.

The great news is that you can do a few simple swaps to fill in the gap with fruits.

Here are 5 vitamins and fruit options where it can be found:

#1-Vitamin C. You can try strawberries, oranges, and blackberries to get Vitamin C.

#2- Vitamin A. You can enjoy a nice slice of watermelon, cantaloupe, grapefruit, or even a mango.

#3- Fiber. Pears, blueberries, raspberries, and apples are all an excellent choice for fiber.

#4 Vitamin K. Vitamin K can be found in Kiwi, plums, cranberries, and even rhubarb.

#5 Antioxidants. Blueberries, pomegranate, apricot, and lemons are a few sources of antioxidants to mention.
